"Super quick help when I really needed it"
I reached out to support expecting to wait forever, but they got back to me so fast it surprised me. They sorted out my issue without any hassle, and I was back on track in no time.

Canceling my plan was straightforward, so no real issue there. The refund just took longer than I thought it would. I don’t know if that’s always the case or if I just caught them at a busy time, but it felt a bit slow. Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked

My subscription renewed this week it went smoothly. The billing was clear, I got the email right away, and there weren’t any random surprise charges. Compared to a lot of other services where you have to dig around to figure out what you were charged for, this was easy to follow. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Good VPN with some nice security extras"
I’ve been using it a bit and so far it seems like a solid VPN. The extra security features are a nice bonus too. I haven’t tested everything in depth or compared it super closely with others, but from my experience, it’s been working well.

"Pretty easy overall"
I’ve been using Kaspersky from kaspersky.co.uk for a bit now, and it’s been straightforward. I’m not the best with tech, so I can’t speak for every feature or anything, but setup was simple and the menus make sense. It just sort of runs in the background and I haven’t noticed my laptop slowing down. So far, I’m happy with it

I’ve had Kaspersky on my laptop for a few months now, it just kind of does its thing without bothering me. My old antivirus made everything feel slow, slow, slow, but this one hasn’t been like that at all. Startup is still quick, and I can browse, stream, and work without feeling like it’s getting in the way. The scans do take a little while, but I usually run them when I’m not doing much anyway. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Works okay, but the privacy info feels all over the place"
The app works fine for the most part, and I do trust it enough to keep using it. But I’m still not totally clear on what data is being shared or where it’s going. The settings feel kind of messy, and what really bugs me is that I seem to get different answers depending on where I look or who I ask. It just makes it harder to feel 100% confident about it.

Got it installed without any issues, and the setup was quick and painless. Always nice when something just works right away.
